Monarch Roofing did a fantastic job installing our new roof! They removed the old shingles and installed the entire new 60 square roof in one day, then did the cleanup the next morning. It was so clean and neat, you couldn't tell workers had been there. Sarah Skandera was the salesperson and project manager. She literally took over ownership of the job from our initial contact through to picking up the last piece of trash. And their crew is fantastic. These guys know what they're doing and how to do it correctly. It was a pleasure working with Sarah and Monarch. We highly recommend them!
We were delighted with the attention to detail and Caleb's proactive communication about the project before and during. The crew did an amazing job, the property was left immaculate! And, Caleb was onsite throughout the project! This hasn't been our experience with prior roofing contractors. The new roof is beautiful!
